IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

MP3314 6-Channel White LED Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP3314 6-Channel White LED (WLED) Drivers operate from a 3V to 30V input voltage (VIN) range. These 6-channel drivers are designed to drive WLED arrays for LCD panels in tablets and notebook backlighting applications. The MP3314 WLED drivers offer a 60mA maximum current for each channel. These 6-channel drivers feature peak current mode control and Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) control to regulate the boost converter’s output voltage (VOUT). The MP3314 WLED drivers support a configurable switching slew rate and FSS function to reduce EMI. These 6-channel drivers achieve high efficiency with a low headroom voltage for LED regulation and a low MOSFET on resistance.
