JCIQ SMT Demodulator

Mini-Circuits JCIQ SMT Demodulator features a RoHS-compliant shielded metal case with J-leads, which is suitable for communication systems. The demodulator operates with an excellent third and fifth order harmonic suppression and amplitude/phase unbalance ratings. The JCIQ series provides a 50mW LO/RF power rating and a 40mA I&Q current rating. The Mini-Circuits JCIQ SMT Demodulator is aqueous washable and operates within a 104MHz to 176MHz frequency range.
