BFTC 50Ω LTCC Bandpass Filters

Mini-Circuits BFTC 50Ω LTCC Bandpass Filters cover the 330MHz to 500MHz and 400MHz to 600MHz (BFTC-500+) passbands with a typical 1.5 VSWR and 25dB upper/lower stopband rejection. The temperature stable BFTC components handle up to 4W RF input power in a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Utilizing LTCC multi-layer construction, these filters achieve excellent repeatability of performance and come in a compact (0.150" x 0.150" x 0.059") hermetically sealed ceramic package saving space in dense PCB layouts.
