The SST26 SQI is manufactured with high-performance CMOS SuperFlash^® Technology and significantly improves performance and reliability while lowering power consumption. This flash memory operates at frequencies reaching 80MHz, making it ideal for Bluetooth^® headsets, optical disk drives, and GPS applications.
