Featuring a low thermal resistance, this rectifier is engineered with a glass passivated chip junction. The GS1MHL 1000V standard recovery rectifier features a 1A average rectified forward current, 700V RMS reverse voltage, and a 30A non-repetitive peak surge current. This rectifier boasts a Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1) rating and is Lead-free, Halogen-free, and RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include industrial, renewable energy, and computing.
