SP0115 Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diodes

Littelfuse SP0115 Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diodes are 1V general-purpose ESD protection devices. These TVS diodes feature low breakdown/turn-on voltages, making them ideal protectors of low voltage -1V to 1V data lines. The SP0115TVS diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level-4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. These robust diodes are available in DFN1610 or SOD882 packages that are Halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include low voltage GPIO for MCUs, consumer, industrial, and medical.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.
