On-Board Battery Charger Solutions

Littelfuse On-Board Battery Charger Solutions address the electrical challenges that come with charging an electric vehicle's ability to charge its battery from a power outlet. Overcurrents, overvoltages, ESD, and input rectifier switching can impact this recharging ability, and Littelfuse delivers a spectrum of fusts, varistors, thyristors to address these threats.

Automotive Application Solutions

Littelfuse Automotive Solutions contain a portfolio of AEC-Q101 and AEC-Q200 qualified TVS diodes, diode arrays, varistors, multilayer varistors, and POLY-FUSE® PTCs. Each new generation of vehicles has an increased number of electronics that control everything from the radio to fuel injection. Littelfuse provides circuit protection solutions for a range of difficult automotive applications.

Off-Highway Electric Vehicle Solutions

Littelfuse provides a wide range of solutions for off-highway electric vehicles. These electric vehicles share a similar architecture and have a power range from 48V to 400V. Off-highway electric vehicles include electric forklifts, golf carts, three-wheelers, tow tractors, compactors, and excavators.

LC HEV Automotive Fuses

Littelfuse LC HEV Automotive Fuses are designed to protect high-voltage accessory circuits in electric and hybrid electric vehicles. The series offers voltage ratings of 275VAC for 50A modules, 425VDC for 40A versions, and 450VDC for 10A, 15A, 20A, and 30A devices. The interrupting ratings are 10kA at 275VAC for 50A versions, 10kA at 425VDC for 40A, and 10kA at 450VDC for 0A, 15A, 20A, and 30A. Littelfuse LC HEV Automotive Fuses feature an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The LC HEV series is available in a variety of termination styles, including cartridge, bolt-down, blade, and PCB mount.
