LTST-/LTW-FC03 SMD LEDs

LITEON LTST-/LTW-FC03 SMD LEDs are low profile, flat lens LEDs with 120° light emission for wide angle view of indication. These ultra-bright chip LEDs come with InGaN or AlInGaP element combinations to generate specific colors and are configured for automated PC board assembly and space-sensitive applications. The LTST-/LTW-FC03 SMD LEDs are extra thin and I.C. compatible. Additionally, these LEDs are easily adapted with automatic placement equipment and infrared reflow solder process. The LTST-/LTW-FC03 SMD LEDs feature a DC forward current of 20mA and operate between -20°C to 80°C temperature range. Typical applications include various electronic equipment, including cordless and cellular phones, notebook computers, network systems, home appliances, and indoor signboard applications.
