These connectors with longer shield pins offer thicker printed circuit boards and more stability. The USB 3.1 type C port connectors offer a vertical mount and a right angle mounts USB 3.1 type C female port connector. These connectors support up to 10Gbps data rate, which makes data handling significantly faster. Kycon USB 3.1 type C port connectors feature 10K mating cycles and backward compatibility with previous USB versions.
