2280S Programmable DC Power Supply

Keithley 2280S Programmable DC Power Supply is a precision measurement instrument able to source stable, low noise voltages and monitor load currents over a wide dynamic range from amps to nanoamps. Two models offer output up to 32V at up to 6A (Model 2280S-32-6) and up to 60V at up to 3.2A (Model 2280S-60-3). The series features a high resolution 4.3-inch TFT display screen. Keithley 2280S Series from Keithley is ideally suited for the R&D benchtop as well as automated test system applications.
