TLE935x Automotive CAN Transceivers

Infineon Technologies TLE935x Automotive CAN Transceivers are designed for CAN FD networks in automotive applications. The Infineon Technologies TLE935x transceivers comply with ISO11898-2:2016, including variants meeting the 1.8µsec and 0.5µsec t-wake filter time requirements. The devices ensure global OEM compatibility. Backward compatible with older ISO standards, the transceivers suit classical CAN networks, are available in the DSO-8 package (SJ-suffix) with five pinout options, and offer easy drop-in replacements. Variants without bus wake-up capability are labeled TLE9350, while those with it are labeled TLE9351. Both TLE9351 variants feature a low standby current, and the TLE9351V allows VCC switching off while remaining responsive to the CAN bus signal. The TLE935x variants with a VIO input pin support 3.3V and 5V microcontrollers.
