IXCx10MxxS Switchable Current Regulators

IXYS IXCx10MxxS Switchable Current Regulators are 450V and 900V regulators featuring 40W continuous dissipation and an On/Off switchable current source. The IXYS IXCx10MxxS Switchable Current Regulators come in an industry-standard package and offer 1mA to 100mA input current and 58kΩ typical resistance. Applications include start-up circuits for switch-mode power supplies, highly stable voltage sources, and surge limiters/voltage protection.
