Han® HMC Connectors

HARTING Han^® HMC Connectors combine the robustness of more than 10,000 mating cycles with reliable protection against harsh environmental conditions in one complete connector. The Han HMC housings are equipped with a durable locking reel, providing the connectors with IP65 protection against dust and water after more than 10,000 locking cycles. HARTING Han HMC connector inserts contain high-performance grounding contacts. The crimp contacts are equipped with a special HMC gold surface and constant spring force. These special properties guarantee flawless function from the complete connectors.

Han-Modular® Connector System

HARTING Han-Modular® Heavy-Duty Connector System is designed to provide users with a very high degree of connectivity and manufacturing flexibility. Han-Modular connectors can combine electrical, optical, and gaseous signal and power connections in one easy assembly. Basic modules snap into the mounting frame and can be exchanged separately anytime. Combinations of 1 to 12 modules are possible, depending on the size of the hood and housing chosen. Han-Modular consists of more than 40 module types and can connect to currents from 5A up to 200A, voltages from 50V to 5000V, pneumatic tubes from 1.6mm up to 10mm inner diameter, sensitive bus signals, and fiber-optic signals in both POF. and glass fiber cables. Han-Modular offers a range of basic modules developed to meet the vast majority of user application requirements. This product offering allows users to choose the hoods and housings, inserts, and accessories that best meet design requirements.

Han-Modular® Housings

HARTING Han-Modular® Connector System includes a wide range of housings with ratings up to IP69K. These Han-Modular housings are constructed using metal, plastic, and stainless steel. The Han rectangular connectors are suited for the harshest requirements in industrial environments. The HARTING HAN panel-feed-through B housings are robust and suitable for cable-to-cable connections and are front- and inverse-flange-mountable with one design. The IP65 panel-feed housings are EMC rated and available in 6B, 10B, 16B, and 24B sizes with lever-style options for flexibility in machine arrangements.

Han-Modular® Hinged Frame HMC Connectors

HARTING Han-Modular® Hinged Frame HMC Connectors enable the integration of Han-Modular components into Han HMC connectors and are designed to handle more than 10,000 mating cycles. The Hinged Frame HMC sets itself apart from conventional hinged frames through its PE contact. The contact is specially plated and boasts increased fixation stability in the connector frame. Because the Han HMC housing is executed with IP65 protection, the HARTING Han-Modular Hinged Frame HMC series provides additional application fields for Han-Modular. Not only can Han-Modular connectors be plugged and unplugged many thousand times, but the modules in HMC housings are also well-protected against mechanical loads, contact and dust accumulation, and water spray.
