DIO6011 Output Synchronous Step-Down Converter

DIOO Microcircuits DIO6011 Output Synchronous Step-Down Converter features high-efficiency and delivers up to 1A output currents. The DIOO Microcircuits DIO6011 operates over a wide 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range. The converter integrates a main switch and a synchronous switch with low RDS(ON) to minimize conduction loss. A low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and capacitor sizes are achieved with greater than 1.5MHz switching frequency.
