CGRTS General Purpose Rectifiers

Comchip CGRTS General Purpose Rectifiers come in a compact package (SOD-123F) that is ideal for surface mount applications. These devices have a forward current (IO) rating of 1A and are available in either a 50V, 100V, 200V, 400V, 600V, 800V or 1000V VRRM rating. These rectifiers come with a low leakage current and are easy to use with pick and place automation. Each of the ACGRTS devices complies with AEC-Q101 standards for use in automotive applications.
