Quadwire 100G Active Optic Cables

Coherent Quadwire® 100G Active Optic Cables (AOCs) consist of 4-channel parallel AOCs for data, storage, and high-performance computing (HPC) interconnectivity. The AOCs transmit error-free parallel 4x25Gb/s data over multi-mode fiber (MMF) cables. Quadwire 100G AOCs are developed using Coherent's vertically integrated VCSEL array technology with QSFP28 MSA-compliant high-density connectors. These cables are compact and lightweight for high port-count architectures and feature low power consumption. A small bend radius allows for easy installation and fiber management. This series is well-suited for data centers with reaches up to 100m in InfiniBand 4xEDR, 4x32G Fibre Channel, and 100G Ethernet applications.
