HV RCS 890 RV Connection System

Aptiv High Voltage Round Contact System (RCS) 890 Reduced Version (RV) Connection System features ErgoMate™ Axial Mating Assist System on the harness connector for easy assembly. The connectors have a maximum current of 200A, a maximum voltage of 1000V, a V1 vibration level, and IP67 / IP6K9K. The series offers bundle shielding with external braid, panel mount to device with face seal to module mating, and two-stage disconnect for safe unmating. The product offering includes the 800 series contacts and seals. Aptiv RCS 890 RV Connection System is designed for AC/DC inverters, DC/DC converters, high-voltage batteries, power electric boxes, and high-voltage power distributor unit (PDU) applications.
