The sealed version utilizes clean body SICMA/BTS terminals that are easily inserted into housing cavities. They are an ideal solution for engine compartments at the body mount, which are highly exposed to dirt and water. The unsealed version offers a reliable inline harness sectioning solution with compact male and female housings for convenient wire-to-wire mating. They come in mixed sizes of 1.5mm and 2.8mm terminals populating 24- and 36-way connectors. Aptiv Sicma Inline Sealed and Unsealed Connectors are suitable for applications such as chassis, engine compartments, harness sectioning in cockpits, dashboard, and much more.
