MAX22420/1 & MAX22820/1 2-Ch Digital Isolators

Analog Devices MAX22420/1 and MAX22820/1 2-Ch Digital Isolators are reinforced, ultra-low-power digital galvanic isolators implementing Analog Devices’ proprietary process technology. The MAX22420/1 offer reinforced isolation with a withstand voltage rating of 3kVRMS for 60 seconds. Meanwhile, the MAX22820/1 feature reinforced isolation with a withstand voltage rating of 5kV_RMS for 60 seconds. All the devices operate at an ambient temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
